I created the heart with washi tape and a paper punch.  The washi tape is from Michael's and the sticker I found at a Wal-mart in Albuquerque. I created the grass border using a paper punch and washi tape. The washi tape is from Michael's. I used an EK Success paper punch and washi tape to create the banner.  Have a great weekend everyone!
Polymer Charms for a Notebook February 20, 2015 Good morning! I found a cute notebook at Walmart a few weeks ago and decided to jazz it up a bit. The tag (Today was a very good day) on the front of the notebook is a card from WeRMemory Keepers note card for scrapbooking. Washi tape was placed on the top and bottom to secure the card. The cute stickers are from HL (Hobby Lobby). I also attached two charms I made (donut and palette) to a Tim Holtz key chain and attached it to my notebook. Have a great day!
February 19, 2015 Polymer Clay Charms Good morning! Last Summer I purchased the book Clay Charms by KLUTZ. I found a copy at Joann's and used the 50% off coupon, I think the final price was around $11. This is a great book for a beginner crafter that does not have the tools and ingredients for creating clay charms. Inside the book is a variety of clay, eye pins, glaze, a detailed book....etc etc. Last night my kids and I used the Sculpey Mold Maker to create cupcake molds. This is a cheaper version of the Amazing Mold Putty. We each made our own cupcake mold, above you can see the cupcake I made using the mold. I found a few videos on youtube about creating molds for polymer clay. I purchased a little bag of mini-Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and used a cup to create my cupcake mold. I am going to try other items to try and create an even smaller cupcake mold in the future.  Please leave any questions or comments in the comments section below. Thanks!:0)
