October 17, 2011 Snowman, Snowman.......bulletin board/story

Good morning!!!!! I was trying to get an early start on some class volunteer projects.  AND THEN....I decided.....make 3 of the same thing. Oh my!!! At least the story only had 5 themes.....Smell, See, Hear, Eat, and Feel. In case you would like to print this SUPER KAWAII story......go here..... www.littlegiraffes.com/Snowman . I searched the internet to see what other versions of the story were available, I think this is the cutest!:0) I am going to try and create a bulletin board display later to go with this as well. Here is what I used: cardstock: Recollections laminator: Royal Sovereign (heavy duty)...works well with multilayer cardstock cartridges: (Hello Kitty-Snowman) (In Your Kitchen-Oven) (Create A Critter-Squirrel and Tree) (Cricut Alphabet-Swirl) (Cricut Alphabet and Snowflakes) (Everyday Paper dolls-Scarf) Here are a few pix of the bulletin board;0)

October 5, 2011 Simple Kid-friendly Halloween Craft

Good Morning everyone!!! I saw this Martha Stewart punch in a flyer from Archiver's and had to have it! Isn't it cute!!! I found the punch at Michael's this morning, but I know I saw it a while back at Archiver's too. I saved a few of those "travel" size cereal kid boxes and used them for my upcycle project. I found the little flameless tea lights at Sam's last year. When my son gets home I am going to let him paint one. He loves crafts!:0) I bet this could be made into a little treat container by adding a little handle....add some pretty MS glitter.....etc etc.... Hope this gets your crafty wheels turnin':P Have a great day!

October 4, 2011 Snoopy Dance!!!!:0)

Good Afternoon everyone!! The new stamps I have been waiting for arrived!!!! Yeah!!! I purchased two Sister Stamps from Pineapple Cove, a scrapbook store in Hawaii. Excellent service!:0) The first picture is of the contents that were in the envelope. The cute little fabric with the bunny on it is a tissue cover they sent, how cute is that!:0) The second picture, I could not wait to get the stamps .... so I printed the picture from online (notice the watermark):P. This is "probably" what my card is going to look like. I say probably...because...I need to buy paper. lol Anywho....if you like the stamps...check out www.PineappleCoveDesigns.com or http://pineapplecove.blogspot.com . TFL and have a great afternoon!:0)

Update on the Halloween Centerpiece for the teachers

I switched out the containers for the table centerpiece. My best  friend saw some cute cauldrons at Big Lots and suggested them. Honestly, they look a whole lot better now.:) Here are a couple pix. I am about to send them to school with my son.:0) TFL
